Talon Security is currently seeking applicants for armed and unarmed security guards. Responsibilities will vary based on the contract, location and type of work.

While current certifications are a benefit, we will work with selected applicants to obtain any necessary certifications.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age as required by law
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have valid Florida driver’s license (G class license is a benefit)
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must be able to complete CPR/AED, First Aid and Active Shooter Training.

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • Basic computer skills
